Project Description: Renovation of an active Golf & Tennis Clubhouse facility which included the removal and replacement of drainage infrastructure and a parking lot as well as upgrading the water and sanitary sewer system to support the Clubhouse expansion. Parking was extremely valuable to the operating clubhouse. The removal of the existing parking lot and the installation of all drainage and utilities and placement of the new parking lot were accomplished in 6 weeks to minimize the disruption to the ongoing clubhouse operations.
